Welcome to the Northbridge Housing Authority
It is our mission at the Northbridge Housing Authority to provide Safe, Quality, affordable housing to low income elderly and disabled through the Northbridge Community, management, maintenance of our existing units and the development of new units. We create an environment that enables residents to live secure, responsibly and with dignity. We encourage personal responsiblilty and upward mobility of our residents. We will honor public commitments in a fiscal and ethically responsible manner to create and maintain the integrity of the agency.
Northbridge Housing Authority is a public housing agency that provides affordable housing for elderly and disabled persons of low income. As a State Public Housing Authority we receive direct funding from the Department of Housing and Community Development, who empower the authority to operate, manage, construct, modernize and administer all rules and regulations concerning state public housing.

We use all resources available to allow our residents to age in place. Allowing them to have as much independence possible.
